About

Creating clarity from complexity.

Courtney Blaskower

I've spent my career helping technology companies translate ambitious ideas into brands, experiences, and stories that people actually understand.

Whether building a global brand system, shaping an executive keynote, designing a flagship conference, or leading a multidisciplinary creative team, I'm drawn to work that sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and human connection. I believe the strongest brands aren't collections of assets—they're systems that help people make sense of complexity.

Over the past two decades, I've partnered with founders, CEOs, and cross-functional teams to build brands, launch products, evolve visual identities, and create experiences that align business goals with human needs. My work spans brand strategy, creative direction, executive storytelling, design systems, experiential design, and integrated campaigns, always with the goal of making complicated ideas feel clear, engaging, and memorable.

I lead with curiosity, thoughtful critique, and collaboration. I enjoy building creative teams as much as I enjoy making the work itself, creating environments where designers, writers, strategists, and partners can do their best thinking together.

Outside of my professional work, I maintain an active studio practice as a painter and ceramic artist. Making art reminds me to stay curious, trust experimentation, and embrace ambiguity—qualities that continue to shape how I approach creative leadership.
